Dina is a native of Forest Hills Queens and raised there. But, she relocated into Dix Hills Long Island before the end of her junior year. She is the younger sister of Gregory as well as an older brother, named Evan. She started her career as an entertainer when she was nine and was modeling. She began her training in acting in The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York in which she learned Sanford Meisner's acting techniques along with Ron Stetson, for about three years. Sandra Bullock has received the identical training that was given to Jeff Goldblum and Leslie Nielsen. The first role she acted in was with Beverly Hills 90210. This required her moving out in Los Angeles. After being offered the lead part on Johnny Mnemonic where she did most of the stunts on her own, she established her self as an actor that is physically fit. Her agent for talent was also representing Matt LeBlanc so, through her agent, she was able to score a recurring role on Friends.
