The age of Lexi Thompson has her wondering why she has been so successful on the golf course. What is it about Lexi Thompson that makes her great? Did she play golf from the beginning of her life, or was it something that made her good right from the beginning? Lexi Thompson is one of America's most famous golfers. The golfer was birthed in Coral Springs of Florida, United States of America on the 10th day of the month of February in 1995. Alexis Thompson, his mother Amanda Thompson, and father Scott Thompson are his names. Her ethnicity is white and she is an American by birth. There is a possibility that Lexi got her golfing talents from her father as he used to be a golfer, who began playing at a very young age and later became an instructor of golf after he had stopped competing. Both of her brothers are professionals in golf. Lexis was a homeschooler during her senior year of high school. In September 2012 she was accepted to Louisiana State University, where she is pursuing a master's degree. The student must have graduated in the near future, however, the grade that she earned at her school is still unknown. The daughter of golfers Lexis couldn't have been a novice to the predominantly masculine sports. She began playing golf at a very young age and was the first player to make it into the US Women's Open at the age of 12 in 2007. In 2007, she did not become the champion of the US Women's Open, however, she won her place in the Aldila Junior Classic to be the second. The most junior American Junior Golf Association member to ever win the award, she also took home the Westfield Junior PGA Championship in the same year.
